Why Slowers?

Slowers are beautiful, organic and vegan shoes , designed for walking at a different pace.

What are our shoes made of?

At Slowers we only use certified organic textiles. We do not use leather, synthetic or unsustainable textiles. The soles are made of jute, cork and natural rubber.

Where are shoes made?

All models are manufactured in Elche, Spain, in a family workshop that meets European standards.

Are all your models vegan?

Yes, we do not use any animal products and all our shoes are approved by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).

What happens if they don't fit me?

On the product page you will find all the information about sizes. The photographs are of the highest quality so you can clearly see the models, colours and prints. However, once they arrive, if you find that they do not fit you or you do not like them, you can exchange or return them. All the information is provided below.

Where can I buy them?

The online store is the only place where you can find all available models and colors.

Another option is to purchase from any of the wonderful stores that sell Slowers. They are all listed on the "dealers" page.

How do I know my size?

We work with standard European sizes. Details are explained on each product page. If you have any questions, you can contact us at info@slowers.es

How do I care for my Slowers?

Use a damp cloth to clean the fabric. Remember that it is fabric and rubbing can change the colour. At the end of the season, or before if they are very dirty, you can clean them more thoroughly with a quick wash programme in the washing machine and then leave them to dry in the sun.

Yes; once your Slowers arrive, if you find that they don't fit you well or aren't what you expected, you can request a size or color change.

In Spain (mainland) exchanges are free for orders over 50 euros. In Spain (Balearic and Canary Islands) and Europe you will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping back to Spain, and we will send you the new pair for free. For the rest of the world you will be responsible for paying the full costs.

Yes, if you decide that you don't like the product, you can request a return by sending an email to cambio@slowers.es. In Spain (mainland), returns are free for orders over 50 euros. In Spain (Balearic and Canary Islands) and the rest of the world, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of shipping the package back to Slowers.

SPAIN - Free for orders over €90. €4.90 to €9 for smaller orders.

EUROPE - €8.99 to €12.99

REST OF THE WORLD - from €12.99

In Spain, shipments arrive within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the time the order is placed.

In Europe, shipments arrive within 48 to 72 hours.

In the US and other countries, shipments arrive within 3 to 5 days.

We accept payments via Paypal, credit card, cash on delivery and bank transfer, as well as other options that will appear at the end of the purchase process.
