Steps to manage your returns

1. Request your return through your "Customer Account" (order history/details/manage return)
2. Pack the product well and attach the document that you received by mail to the return request.
3. If your order is over €80, we will send a carrier to your home at no additional cost (we will contact you)
4. If your order is less than €80 you must send the package to:
