Dear customer, below we explain how to carry out the return and exchange process.

CHANGE OF SIZE OR MODEL

To exchange for a different size or model, you must place a new order and return the products following the instructions below.

RETURNS

1-. Log in to your customer account and look for the order in "order history"

2-. Select your order from the list and click "View details".

3-. Scroll down your screen and your order details will appear. Select the products you wish to return, indicate the reason in a short comment and click on "Make an RMA return". *

4-. Once we get to this point, it's all our business, you'll be hearing from us shortly.
